簡介 :
由於 AWS RDS 預設是無法由非指定 TCP PORT 連線，
因此若在佈署至其他雲端平台上的應用程式連線 AWS RDS 會發生錯誤。
解決辦法 :
至 AWS RDS 設定中修改預設的 Security Group 的 Inbound 及 Outbound ，
將 Inbound 的 Source 新增 0.0.0.0/0 即可。
